Release from Morice David Llewelin Vethige to Thomas ap Llewelin ap David, of all his interest in a tmt and 30a. of land called Tire Gryffith Vachan, p. Kilkennyn, co. Card., in the tenure of David Lloid Ieuan Goch. A memorandum (endorsed) states that Thomas Llewelin ap David had released to Rees ap Cantor, out of the meadow appertaining to the said premises, 'as much as one man maie mowe yn one Daie,' yearly, without any rent. Bond in the penalty of £100 from Richard ap Moris Ychan of Llanavane, co. Card., gent., and Maurice ap Richard ap Moris Ychan of the same place, gent., for the quiet enjoyment by Jankin ap Morgan of Llanthennoll, co. Card., gent., of three tmt's in p. Llanvihangell Gelyndoodd, co. Card., according to the tenor of an indenture of even date herewith and of a pair of indentures dated 31 May 1555.
Bond in the penalty of £20 from Lewis ap Rees, vicar of Kilkennyn, co. Card., 'yoman', for quiet enjoyment by David ap Rees ap Llewelyn Duy,'yoman,' of two parcels of land (10 a.) in Kilkenyn, co. Card., lying between Bryn-yr-orsedd and the church there, and the other under Berth-dduy, for 21 years or until he was repaid four nobles.

Card., yeoman, to David Lloyd ap Morgan Ichan for the conveyance to the obligee of three parcels of land called Tyr-y-coed, Tythyn-y-bulch and Tythyn-pant-y-gasseg in said p. Kylkennin, on payment by the obligee of £12 to the obligor, such assurance to continue for six years and so until the said David Lloyd (ap Morgan Ichan) was repaid £12.

Card., yeoman, for quiet enjoyment by the obligee of a tmt in said p. Kilkennin until the same was redeemed by the payment of £8; which said tmt descended by inheritance to the said Morgan ap Ieuan ap Llewelin Llewelyn Goch from his father Ieuan ap Llewelin Llewelyn Goch.
Indenture, being a mortgage for £12 from Richard David ap Harry late of Aberustoth, co. Card., gent., to Morice ap Rychard ap Moris of Llanavan, co. Card., esq., of a moiety of a burgage and garden in the street called Heol-y-bont in the town of Aberustwith in the tenure of Thomas ap Llewelin, and lying between the burgage of Roger ap Rychard on the east, the aforesaid street on the west, a burgage of David ap David on the north, and a half burgage in the tenure of Elen Harry on the south. Indenture, being a mortgage for £4.13.4 by way of a demise for four years from Lewys ap Rees of p. Kilkenin, co. Card., yeoman, to David ap Rees Llewelin Dy of the same p., gent., of all his interest in a lease (granted by Griffith Rice, esq.) of a moiety of two tmt's called Tyddyn-y-kwm alias Tyddyn-yr-hendy and Tyddyn-ycha-yn-y-kwm, both being in said p. Letters Patent, (translation of the 11th part), being a grant in perpetuity to Sir Christopher Hatton, kt, of (1) the portion of the tithes called Radingdon Tithes in Brightelmeston, Sussex, and (2) the collegiate church, the college and precentory of Llandewy Brevy, the site of the said college, the prebend of Llanwayre Cledogre and the right of patronage, all in co. Card. Yearly rent for the property numbered (2), £40, the grantee to find the stipends of the incumbents.
