Witnesses: William Beauchamp, kt, constable of the castle of the aforesaid town and mayor of the same town, Thomas Norres, esq., then alderman of the same, John Horton and Hugh Clerk then [? bailiffs] there, William Ingram, Henry Salmon, John Ingram, and many others.
