Estate rentals 1804-1899. Since, by 1808/9, the Wynnstay estate was more or less fully grown, each indentifiable unit in this group has been treated separately (although the rents might be gathered by the same collector). In many cases (e.g. Manor of Cyfeiliog chief rents), details concerning a particular estate will be found in one continuous list from 1808 to 1899. However, many estates were brought together in the re-arrangement of the system which took place during the early 1860s. In 1885, another change occurred following the death of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, 6th bart.
