Includes receipts for measuring voters’ distance by road in 1839, transport of voters by boat, painting a banner and gilding the coat of arms, and the valuation of houses in Aberystwyth for election purposes; notices to the overseers of the poor of claims to be inserted in the list of voters; relevant letters from Edward Williams of Aberystwyth and others; and ‘A Parody on a Certain Address to the Deluded Freeholders of the County of C____’
