Pamphlets and papers, 1970-1987, accumulated by W. D. Michael relating to Welsh political issues including Wales TUC, John Jenkins, the Miners' strike and the Ffestiniog quarrymen's strike, the Socialist Republican Party of Wales, Welsh Railways, the Development Board for Rural Wales and the Welsh Committee of the Communist Party; together with material on student politics at University College, Swansea, and other colleges, collected whilst the donor was secretary of University College Swansea Socialist Society in the 1970s.

Also included are press cuttings, 1972-73, of articles by Dr W. R. Mathews, Dean of St Paul's.

A history of the Kemeys family of Cefn Mabli, Cardiff, collated by Millicent Kemeys McLean (1917-2012) of Australia whose great-grandmother Mary Kemeys emigrated to Australia in the 1830s. It includes family photographs and photographs of Cefn Mabli, marriage certificates, her reminiscences and poems by her.
