Estate and family records of Baker and Browne of Sweeney Hall, Oswestry, Leighton of Loton Park, Shropshire, Parker of Whitehouse, Worcestershire, and Charlton of Ludford, Herefordshire, including title deeds, 1563-1854, a volume of important papers relating to Major-General Thomas Mytton (1608-56), who served the Parliamentary cause in north Wales during the civil war; papers of Edward Lloyd of Llanforda, [c. 1660]-1681; account books of the estates of the Charlton family of Park, Shropshire, 18 cent., letter-books of Sir Henry Watkin Williams-Wynn (1783-1856), British Ambassador to Denmark, 1831-1851, and a bundle of papers and notebooks relating to the estate of Miss Fanny Williams-Wynn who died in 1857.

Deeds, 1310-1427, relating to lands in the area of Swineshead in Holland, Lincolnshire, owned by the (de) la Warre family together with some 19th century notes on the descent of the Gresley, Warenne, De la Warre, and West families.

Papers collected by Sir James Weeks Szlumper, 1882-1900, mainly relating to railways in Glamorgan and the south of England, namely the Barry Dock & Railway, the Vale of Glamorgan Railway, the Plymouth, Devonport and Southwestern Junction Railway, the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway and the proposed Lynmouth and Minehead Light Railway; and material relating to the court cases involving Pethick Bros of Plymouth v. the Vale of Glamorgan Railway and James Nuttall of Manchester v. the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway Company.

The fonds comprises case papers, 1903-1973, dealing with interested parties within Wales and/or the London area who had some sort of Welsh connection. Included are papers dealing with land and property transfer, receivership and company liquidation, defamation and compensation, opposition to parliamentary bills, the settlement of personal estate, contempt of court and general legal matters. Not all of the issues addressed in the files actually resulted in court cases. The majority of the files consist of legal papers such as instructions and notes to counsel, briefs to counsel, opinions of counsel, affidavits, statements, declarations, summonses, claims and orders, often in draft form or as official copies, and solicitors' charges and bills. These are usually accompanied by correspondence made up of original letters and copy letters, both office copies and carbon copies, as well as handwritten notes and occasional telegrams, bills and receipts. Frequently, the files also contain associated documents such as copies of leases, agreements and deeds, plans and maps, accounts, reports and transcriptions of evidence, together with relevant printed material such as sale particulars, parliamentary bills and published reports.

Papers relating to organisations with which Cameron was involved, including brochures, 1979-1983, correspondence and papers, 1979-1986, relating to meetings and conferences of the Cambrian Archaeological Association; papers, 1981-1990, relating to Council for the Protection of Rural Wales investments, 1981-1984, and the Ceredigion branch, 1982-1989; circular correspondence and printed material relating to the National Trust, 1980-1984; circular correspondence and memoranda relating to Dyfed Archaeological Trust, 1981-1984; and correspondence, papers and notes relating to historical matters, 1978-1984, and Cardiganshire churches, [1980s].

Deeds, 1722-1889, acquired by T. E. Morris either through his antiquarian interests or in connection with his legal duties, relating to properties in the Ruthin area of Denbighshire and the Maentwrog area of Merionethshire.

Manuscripts, 1876-1950, from the library of Thomas Evans Morris, barrister-at-law, of Porthmadog and London, comprising printed diaries for 1876-1878, 1881-1895, 1899-1944 and 1946-1950 containing copious entries, except for 1908-1921 which have sparse entries only, together with some financial accounts (NLW MSS 20176E, 20177-20244A); notebooks containing notes on surnames, etc. (NLW MS 20245D); and a notebook containing the names of the local committee of the Congregational Union Conference at Porthmadog and minutes of proceedings, 1900, a book of quotations, and Visions in Verse for the Entertainment and Instructions of Younger Minds (London, 1771) (NLW MS 20246Bi-iv).

This collection includes poetry written while Nicholas was imprisoned in Swansea and Brixton, 1940, together with letters, 1910-1914, to Nicholas, and a translation into English, [c. 1910], of Nicholas's poem Sarah.

Papers of Tom Euroswydd Afan Richards, comprising letters, 1918-1942; papers relating to radio broadcasts, 1927-1932; concert programmes, 1924-1945; press cuttings relating to his career as a musician, including his conductorship of the Haverfordwest Music/Choral Society, and as a broadcaster and eisteddfod adjudicator, c.1910-1947; correspondence, press cuttings and photographs reflecting his involvement with amateur boxing in Swansea, c.1958-1965; and miscellaneous items.

Papers, [19 cent, first ½]-1938, from the library of T[homas] Eurwedd Williams. They comprise mainly essays and notes relating to Welsh and other languages, literatures and mythologies, translations from and notes on Greek and Latin literature, material relating to Dafen, Llanelli, and surrounding districts, and general notes on Welsh public figures, literature, eisteddfodau, political issues, etc.; together with diaries, 1932-1935, of T. Eurwedd Williams, and a commonplace book of the Rev. David Bowen, first minister of Seion Baptist church, Llanelli.

Herbert together with historical records acquired by him, 1736-1899, general and political correspondence, 1953-1986, much of it relating to the work of the Ceredigion District Council; papers relating to the Cardiganshire County Council elections, 1955-1972; personal papers, 1936-1988; and papers relating to his son Rhodri Herbert, 1954-1972.

An additional five boxes of papers were donated February 2006. This group remains uncatalogued. A collection of photographs, slides and postcards were received at the same time, which also remain uncatalogued.

Four volumes of family documents, correspondence, photographs and genealogical memoranda, 1764-1890, relating to the family of Thomas Griffiths Jones ('Cyffin', 1834-1884), Llansanffraid-ym-Mechain, compiled, 1905-1937, by his son Thomas Griffiths Jones (1872-1937), Gwern-y-Pant, High Wycombe, the depositor's father, together with a photocopy of a pedigree roll of the depositor's ancestors.

The T. I. Ellis papers consist of correspondence, 1904-1970; personal papers, 1894-1970, including his diaries, 1943-1970; papers relating to his education and career, 1900-1947; financial papers, 1926-1967; papers relating to organisations including Aberystwyth Old Students' Association, the BBC, the Guild of Graduates of the University of Wales, the University of Wales and the Welsh Schoolboys Camp Movement, 1920-1979; papers of committees and commissions with which he was involved, 1932-1968; papers relating to ecclesiastical affairs, the Church in Wales and related bodies, 1909-1991; and correspondence, drafts and notes relating to his publications, 1877-1978.
The Mari Ellis papers, 1681, 1759-2015, include correspondence; diaries, 1930-2014; papers relating to her work in journalism and broadcasting, 1948-2004; and research papers, [?early 20 cent.]-[2008x2010].
