Papers of the Breton nationalist Louis Feutren (1922-2009), together with papers of two fellow nationalists accumulated by him, Neven Henaff (Célestin Lainé, 1908-1983), and Alan Heusaff (1921-1999). All three were prominent members of the Breton collaborationist force 'Bezen Perrot' formed in December 1943, and all three eventually fled to Ireland sometime after the Second World War. Some of the papers relate to the activities of 'Bezen Perrot', but most are later personal papers.

Papers, 1851-[1925x1931], from the library of Hugh Ellis, containing material by or relating to Ellis and members of his family. They include notebooks of his grandfather Robert John Pryse (Gweirydd ap Rhys); autograph essays and scrapbooks compiled by Gweirydd's son John Robert Pryse (Golyddan) and a scrapbook compiled by Gweirydd's daughter Catherine Prichard (Buddug); a short biography of Golyddan by Gweirydd ap Rhys for publication in Enwogion Cymru; draft articles on Golyddan by Hugh Ellis; letters relating to Golyddan's work; transcripts by Hugh Ellis of Golyddan's poetry; and six volumes containing material collected by Hugh Ellis in the course of compiling Hanes Methodistiaeth Gorllewin Meirionydd (Dolgellau, 1928), which includes the original manuscript of the work.

The Herbert Manuscripts belonged or relate mainly to Edward, first baron Herbert of Cherbury (1583-1648; D.N.B., xxvi, 173), philosopher and metaphysician, and to his brothers, Sir Henry Herbert (1595-1673; D.N.B., xxvi, 195), Master of the Revels, and George Herbert (1593-1663; D.N.B., xxvi, 185), poet, and to other members of the Herbert family.

The fonds comprises records of Nant Hall Road English Presbyterian Church, Prestatyn, comprising minute books, 1924-1988, ministry collection books, 1911-1989, and other account books, 1930-1982.

The fonds comprises records of Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Cwmrhydyceirw, including a register of births and baptisms, 1960-68, minute books, 1977-2000, and account books and ledgers, 1940-2001.

The fonds mainly comprises photocopied newspaper cuttings, 1982-2001, covering various issues relating to the work of the Equal Opportunities Commission Wales. Subject matter includes topics such as age, bullying, child care and maternity, disability, discrimination, education, employment, Europe, homosexuality, language, politics, racism, religion, successful women, training, women in employment, women in sport, and women in the arts. There are also press cuttings relating to The National Assembly for Wales, International Women's Day and Valleys Regeneration. The fonds does not include any administrative papers or correspondence.

Additional papers comprising a small collection of the Equal Opportunities Commission records, including papers relating to the Commissioner for Wales, Equal Pay Task Force papers, 2000, and Quinquennial Review, 1997, together with a collection of printed publications. This group has not as yet been catalogued.

NLW MSS 5880-5904 are the manuscripts of John Henry Hughes (Ieuan o Leyn) (1814-1893), Congregational minister and poet, who went out to British Guiana in 1847 as a missionary under the London Missionary Society.

Research papers of William Henry Waters (1896-1983), including notes, transcripts and translations of documents held at the Public Record Office (now The National Archives), all relating to the preparation of his work 'The Edwardian Settlement of West Wales 1277-1343' (Abergele: Richard Gwyn Waters, 2000), and to The Edwardian Settlement of North Wales in its Administrative and Legal Aspects 1284-1343 (University of Wales Press, 1935).
