Documents in the suit in Chancery between Samuel Nelson, clerk, and Mary his wife (sole executrix of Adam Howell, deceased, who was executor of Mary Jones of Nangle, the plaintiff in the original bill filed 22 Feb. 1738/9) by bill of revivor, complainants, and Francis Rowe, George Bowen, John Phillips the eider, esquires, John Hensleigh, gent., Elizabeth Hensleigh an infant by the said John Hensleigh her father and guardian, and Thomas Roch, esq., defendants, for the recovery of £600 and interest which George Jones of Nangle, mariner, lent to Richard Rowe of the parish of Castlemartin, esq., in 1726, out of estates in Linny in the parish of Castlemartin, and Landauke, co. Carmarthen. Including a copy of the marriage settlement of Francis Rowe, son of Richard Rowe and Elizabeth daughter of Francis Meare of Corston, gent., 19 May 1719.
