Assignment of freehold premises called the Lamb, Llandeilo Fawr, 1806; two leases to vest possession (releases not found), each for one undivided tenth part of a newly-bult m. or dwellinghouse in Golden Grove Street, Carmarthen, 1812; assignment by Josiah Wade, assignee of the estate of William North, bankrupt, to John Rees of Llandeilo Fawr, gent., of the Lamb Inn, Llandeilo Fawr, for the remainder of a leasehold term, 1819; release of the new m. or tmt called the George & Dragon, Llandeilo Fawr, 1821; lease of coal mines under Cottage Hall, Waun Fawr and Waun Fach (26a.), p. Llandybïe, 1840 (two copies, unsigned, one mutilated); and a release of the Llan estate from an annuity of £25 chargeable under indenttures date 1808, 1850. Also a lease of the Lamb, Llandeilo Fawr, for the life of Mary Evans, wife of Thomas Evans of Llandeilo Fawr, labourer, 1810, and two leases to Pheobe Phillips of Rhydywrach, p. Llanfallteg, widow, of (i) a newly erected m. and two gardens for 60 years, and (ii) three fields called Park-uchaf, Park-canol and Park-isaf, for the life of the said Phebe Philip, both properties called Rhydywrach, 1866.
