The First Report of the committee, dealing with members of parliament, ministers and civil servants, and quangos, was published in May 1995. The submissions, both from individuals and organizations, for the committee's work on its First Report, are contained in thirty-five volumes. Submissions which concerned individual cases, or which were found to be potentially defamatory, have been excluded. An index to individuals and organizations who contributed written evidence is included at the end of the first volume. 35 Vols.
