A note of agreement, 6 January 1885, between 'Luis' [Lewis] Jones, Edward J. Williams, and Thomas Davies, members of the 'Luis Jones y Cia' promoting a railway from Port Madryn to the Chubut Colony. The agreement is signed by Luis Jones and E. J. Williams, and is written in the latter's hand.

Secretary's copy of the Welsh Mountain Sheep Breeders' Flock Book, vol. 7 (1912-13), inscribed 'Official copy' on the front cover, including manuscript amendments and minutes of the 19th General Meeting held at Porthmadog in August 1913, signed by the President of the Welsh Mountain Sheep Flock Book Society, C. Bryner Jones, 22 July 1914. The blank pages at the end of the volume contain handwritten minutes of a Special Meeting at the Royal Show Ground Shrewsbury, 1 July 1914, following the resignation of R. N. Jones as Secretary and arrangements for the appointment of his successor at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, Newport, on the 22nd July.

The cuttings, ranging from 1884 to 1890, are from Y Dydd, Gwalia, Cambrian News, Liverpool Daily Post, Tit-bits, Y Drych, The Welsh Farmers' Gazette, Liverpool Weekly Mercury, Wellington Journal, Y Llan, Oswestry Advertizer, and the Montgomeryshire Express.

A volume, 1716-67, containing culinary, medical and veterinary recipes, mainly compiled by Mary Edwards, probably of Great Ness, co. Salop, later the wife of the Reverend William Parry of Ness (will proved at PCC, 1767), with additions by other hands. The recipes were mainly acquired from relatives and friends from the same county, but a few are drawn from printed sources such as The Gentleman's Magazine. An index is included on pp. 299-310.

A scrap-book containing material collected by Eleanor Lloyd, part author of a Book of Sundials, towards a book on Stone Crosses, including notes, sketches, photographs, and printed matter.

One of two association copies held at NLW, presented by the Chancellor of the Exchequer (the Rt Hon. David Lloyd George (1863-1945)) to his uncle, Richard Lloyd (1834-1917), of the 1909 Finance Bill, popularly known as the People's Budget, being a copy of the Bill as amended in Committee and on Report. NLW MS 4479E is a copy of the bill as first introduced into the House of Commons. A copy of the Act as passed is held at the Lloyd George Museum, Llanystumdwy.
