A manuscript entitled A true Copy of an Ancient memorable Treatise of Record touching the Progeny and Descent of the Honorable Name & Family of the Herbert's, by Commission from Edward IV. An. Dom. 1460, the copy including genealogies of and notes on the family of Herbert, lords of Raglan, earls of Pembroke, and their descendants, together with similar information on other Monmouthshire families.
A transcript made in 1805 by Thomas Evans (Tomos Glyn Cothi) (1764-1833) of the treatise on Welsh bardism by Edward Williams (Iolo Morganwg) (1747-1826) which was published by Taliesin Williams (Taliesin ab Iolo) (1787-1847) as Cyfrinach Beirdd Ynys Prydain (Abertawy, 1829), together with a few hymns, including Addysg i'r Iefaingc by Tomos Glyn Cothi.

Miscellaneous financial accounts, memoranda, copies of hymns, names of preachers, sermon notes, etc., most of them relating to the Calvinistic Methodist chapel at Tregaron, and ranging in date from c. 1841, when the volume belonged to Samuel Lloyd, to c. 1882.

They comprise lists of Denbighshire freeholders, 1758, [18th cent.]; extracts from the records of various Denbighshire parishes, 1811-1837; diary entries and other personal papers of John Jesse, 1822-1863; financial and personal papers of Joseph Ablett, 1814-1828; estate and household management records from Llanbedr Hall, 1829, 1856-1859; and papers concerning medical matters and the history of Lancashire, [c. 1787], 1823-1863.
An account book bearing the name of John Evans, grocer, Oswestry, 2 May [18]50. All the accounts, however, have been cut away, leaving only a few memoranda.

Photocopies of crew agreements and log sheets of the ship Mimosa from its maiden voyage in 1853 to the last one in 1872, and including the voyage which took emigrants to Patagonia in 1865. The donor is the author of Mimosa: the life & times of the ship that sailed to Patagonia and its companion volume Mimosa's voyages : official logs, crew lists and masters (Talybont, 2007).
Photocopies relating to the genealogy of Benjamin Williams III whose great grandfather Benjamin Williams (d. 1896) emigrated from Wales in 1853 to the United States and was one of the early Welsh settlers in Middle Granville, New York .
Photocopies of papers relating to Llyfr Melyn Tyfrydog (NLW MS 23969F) which is a volume in the hand of Hugh Hughes ('Y Bardd Coch o Fôn). The originals are in the possession of the donor John Iwan Parry Hughes, a descendant of Hugh Hughes, and include photocopies of his family tree and the family crest .
