One of three volumes containing a journal of a tour, 1831, through parts of Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Durham, Westmorland, Cumberland, Lancashire, Cheshire, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire, illustrated with numerous engraved prints and maps.

Burhan-i Qati, a dictionary of the Persian language, including words borrowed from the Arabic and other languages, compiled by Muhammad Husayn ibn Khalaf Tabrizi Burhan. It was dedicated to Sultan 'Abd Ullah Kutubshah, who reigned in Golconda from A.H. 1035 to 1083, and was completed in A.H. 1062 (A.D. 1651-1652). The work was edited by Thomas Roebuck, Calcutta, 1818, and was incorporated in its entirety by J. A. Vullers in his Lexicon Persico-Latinum.
