One of a limited number of duplicated copies; a brief account of its compilation in 1950 has been tipped into the volume, together with a related letter, 1973.

The music and words of 'Serch Hudol i Arfon' and 'Allor Bur Gwladgarwch' in the hand of Lewis William Lewis ('Llew Llwyfo'). An accompanying note by 'Llew Llwyfo' records that the former song was written on the occasion of the departure of the Reverend Richard Parry ('Gwalchmai') from Conway to Llandovery, and was sung by 'Llew Llwyfo' at 'Eisteddfod [Cymreigyddion] y Fenni' in 1853.
