- Thomas Wynne of Bodvean, co. Caern., esq., and John Aungier of Virginia, co. Cavan, Ireland. 2. Susan Wynne, spinster. Assignment (by Deed Poll) of Thomas Wynne's moiety of m.'s in Blackman Street, p. Newington, co. Surrey, for the residue of a certain lease granted to Barbara Peake. Recites that Barbara Peake, dec., was granted a lease of the property, which was owned by the hospital of St. Thomas, at an annual rent of £94, that in her will she disposed of only £84 with remainder to 1, that the premises were assigned by 1 in 1670 to Edward Newry, in trust to fulfil legacies contained in the said will, and afterwards for the sole benefit of 1, that the assignment did not direct how the remainder of rents should be disposed of in case of the death of T.W. or J.A. [Note - the connection of the Glynllifon estate with these premises can be attributed to the marriage settlement of Gregory Peake and Barbara Aungier, in which Thomas Wynne was one of the trustees, in consequence of which, the leases to the property were assigned to him. cf.
