(an infant of 20 years and 8 months but who is made party to these present for the purpose of executing the same when he shall attain his age of 21). 3 Edward Morgan Stephens of the same, gent. 4 William Turner Hayward of Fitzroy Square, Middlesex, esq., and Mary Ann his wife (late Mary Ann Stephens, spinster). 5 Rev. John Geary of Donnington, Shropshire, clerk, Timotheus Burd of Cardiston, land agent, and Henry Edward Burd of Shrewsbury, surgeon. 6 Jonathan Scarth of Shrewsbury, gent. Assignment by 4 to 5 of £2,000 charged on the premises specified below and Mortgage (Demise for 1,000 years) for £2,000 by 1, 2 and 3 to 5 of a capital m. called Cefnperfa (255 a.) and the premises specified in no. 271 and Assignment of a residue of a term of 500 years affecting Upper Meadow and Lletty Loscow by Robert Williams to 6 in trust to attend the inheritance for 5. Recites no. 289 that Evan Stephens the son of Evan Stephens dec. without issue so that according to the codicil of Evan Stephens, esq., dec., his daughter Mary became entitled to a charge of £2,000 and that in 1825 the two pieces of land specified above were demised to Robert Williams for 500 years in trust for Evan Stephens, esq., dec. Endorsed: Memorandum of repayment of the sum of £2,000 by John Stephens 21 Sept. 1855.
