Assignment (after reciting two indentures, the first dated 17 June 1864, being a lease for 99 years at an annual rent of £22 from William Jones of Brynymor, gent., and Elias Jones of Gwiedog, farmer, to David Hughes, late of Dover House, Llandudno, and now of Penmaenmawr, painter, of a piece of land (5,445 sq. yds), part of Llwynyn Field on Brynymor Farm, bounded on the north by the new occupation road, on the east by land leased to Thomas Thomas, on the south by another portion of the said farm, and on the west by lands leased to Thomas Hughes, with a covenant for the erection by the lessee of a house and out offices at a cost of not less than £700; the other dated Oct. 1864, being an assignment from the said David Hughes to John Wynne Williams of Llandudno, grocer, of the eastern portion of the said parcel of land at an annual rent of £11, with a covenant for the erection by the assignee of a house, etc., at a cost of not less than £700, which has been performed, from the said David Hughes to Owen Griffiths of Nevill Crescent, Llandudno, builder, of the western portion of the said parcel of land for the residue of the original term of 99 years at an annual rent of £11.
