- David Jenkins of Hensoll, esq.;. 2. Lysson Price of Lanridian, gent. Articles Of Agreement that the said Lysson Price shall pay to David Jenkins 12d. for every weigh of coal at the pits in his possession on 13 May last and for every weigh landed since then, and 2s. for every weigh landed after the deed of this agreement during the term of the work, and that David Jenkins shall grant a lease of the coal mines to Lysson Price for 21 years or three lives, he paying to the said David Jenkins 2s. for every weigh as aforesaid.
