Title deeds for various houses and lands in Pembrokeshire, 1576-1766, including the Hill, Crunwear, 1576, Crunwear Cuckoestone, Redgoche and the Mountain Tenement or Bruniley, purchased by John Elliott of Narberth, 1637, and quitclaimed to Nicholas Lewes of St Issells, 1651; and East Trevaughan, Tenby, leased by Thomas Lloyd of Llanllawddog, 1655; and leases granted by Nicholas Lewes of Heane Castle, 1652, 1669, John Lewis of Coedmor and Hurst, 1685-1712, and Lewis Pryse of Abernantbychan, 1766, of properties in Saundersfoot, St Issells, Little Trevane, Upper Trevaughan, Tenby, Hopshill, Upper Trelissey, Amroth, and Castle Ditch in Pembroke (St Mary). These include a lease to Sir Hugh Owen of Landshipping, of the coal mines in St Issells, Begeli and Tenby, with a right to use the common loading place at Saundersfoot, and the Paddock, 1685.
