Agreement to convey the tithes and the alternate right to the nomination to the perpetual curacy of the parish of Llandewybrevy, co. Cardigan, with the chapelries annexed free from all incumbrances, except land tax, a proportion of the curate's stipend, the repairs of the chancels of the churches and chapels, and also except a moiety of an annual fee farm rent of £40 reserved in a grant by Queen Elizabeth to Sir Christopher Hatton, knt., for which an indemnity is to be provided.
