When my son Shuja al-Daulah came to see you in Calcutta and fell sick I was pleased to know that you asked one of your doctors to treat him. He had not fully recovered when he returned to Faizabad and his health has now further deteriorated. As I have only one son and you are one his best friend I will appreciate if you could ask your doctor to come here and treat him. I will be grateful for this favour and will send the doctor back after my son had recovered
